Tourism & Hospitality Career Pathways Program
The Pathways Program operates to provide career opportunities for community members in a steadily expanding tourism & hospitality industry.
Students experience a mix of classroom training, hospitality operational tours, and experiential workshops encompassing the overall tourism product. Students gain a hospitality-centric approach to the industry, while receiving concentrated knowledge in multiple operational sectors.
Our partnership with the Disney Institute began in 2016 as a yearly program to continuously enhance the skillsets of our WNY professional community, regardless of industry.
Hosted by the Conference & Event Center Niagara Falls, the annual event showcases the City of Niagara Falls and welcomes over 250 guests for a day of professional development, "the Disney Way!"
Stay Another Night Program (SAN)
SAN works to improve tourism activity in the winter months by implementing a comprehensive training plan, combined with a comprehensive network of industry partners and a monthly incentive for hotel associates to convince existing guests to extend their stay ("Stay Another Night").
